RETURN & REFUND POLICY
A+ Aspirateur makes your satisfaction and trust its top priorities. That is why we have established this Return and Refund Policy. We invite you to review it before purchasing products online to learn about the various options available to you.
RECEIPT AND INSPECTION OF THE PRODUCT
When you receive the ordered product, you must immediately check the condition of the package. Once you acknowledge receipt of the product by signing for it, you confirm that the package was received in good condition, and any damage to the product—whether resulting from transportation or otherwise—will not be eligible under this Return and Refund Policy.
RETURN OF A PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If, at the time of delivery, you have any reason to believe the product may have been damaged in transit, refuse the package with the carrier, stating the reason, and contact us immediately at 450-741-7776. A+ Aspirateur will inspect the product once it has been returned. If no damage is found, the product will be sent back to you in new packaging at no additional cost. If the product was in fact damaged, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
THE DELIVERED PRODUCT IS NOT THE ONE ORDERED
If the product you received does not match what you ordered, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will exchange the product, reimburse the shipping costs, and cover the return and/or reshipment costs, as applicable, provided the following return conditions are met.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered. It must be functional and complete, including all parts, accessories, user manuals, and the packing slip. A+ Aspirateur reserves the right to refuse any exchange if any of these return conditions are not met.
THE DELIVERED PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK
If the product you ordered does not work due to a manufacturing defect, you must return it in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered, including all parts, accessories, and accompanying documentation (user manuals, warranty card, etc.). To do so, you must contact us at 450-741-7776 or email us at info@aplusaspirateur.com, indicating that the delivered product does not work. You will receive the appropriate return procedure information, including a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization number.
Please note that return authorization numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your package before this period expires; otherwise, your return will be refused.
IMPORTANT: Any package returned to A+ Aspirateur without the clear, valid, matching return authorization number will be refused. You will then be responsible for reimbursing the return shipping costs incurred and, where applicable, covering the reshipment costs.
If the return conditions listed above are met and the product has a manufacturing defect, you may obtain an exchange at our expense or a refund that includes reshipment costs.
If any of the return conditions above are not met, or if A+ Aspirateur finds no manufacturing defect and the product is functional, A+ Aspirateur may refuse the return and no refund will be issued. You will be responsible for reimbursing the return shipping costs incurred and for the reshipment costs.
If the product is not functional due to abnormal or abusive use, or if it is defective for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, A+ Aspirateur may refuse the return and no refund will be issued, or—if you agree and at your expense—A+ Aspirateur may repair the product and return it to you. Before the product is reshipped, you must pay the repair costs and reimburse the return shipping costs incurred and the reshipment costs.
OTHER TERMS
Personal information — Any information identifying the customer and other customer information collected by A+ Aspirateur to fulfill an order or respond to a customer request constitutes personal information and is subject to A+ Aspirateur’s Privacy Policy. The customer is deemed to have read A+ Aspirateur’s Privacy Policy at the time they place an order.
Taxes — All sales taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are added to the sale price.
Accurate information — The customer must ensure the accuracy of the information provided for purchases and delivery. The customer is therefore responsible for any harmful consequences for A+ Aspirateur resulting from inaccurate information.
Email — The customer consents to email communications with A+ Aspirateur regarding product purchases and any other informational or promotional communications.
Changes — A+ Aspirateur reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these online purchase terms and conditions. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on A+ Aspirateur’s Site. By purchasing a product on A+ Aspirateur’s Site after any modification is posted, you accept those changes to the purchase terms and conditions.
Disclaimer — A+ Aspirateur is not responsible for any damage arising from the use of its Site and its content in connection with online purchases of its products. A+ Aspirateur cannot ensure that its Site is free of errors or that the information contained on it is complete or accurate in all respects. A+ Aspirateur cannot guarantee that products displayed on its Site will be available at the time they are ordered or later, and reserves the right to limit quantities offered for sale or quantities ordered by the customer.
Subject to applicable laws, A+ Aspirateur reserves the right to modify, at any time and from time to time without notice or liability to anyone, the products and services advertised or offered for sale on its Site, the prices and specifications of its products and services, and any promotional offer. A+ Aspirateur reserves the right to cancel an order, terminate it, or not process it (including an accepted order), in which case we will not charge you for the order amount or we will credit it back to you.
Governing law and jurisdiction — These Purchase Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and interpreted in accordance with those laws. Regardless of where you access A+ Aspirateur’s Site to make an online purchase of an A+ Aspirateur product, you agree that only the courts located in the judicial district of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, in which the parties elect domicile, shall have jurisdiction to hear any legal action or claim based on any provision of these Purchase Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly.
