1. GENERAL

At A+ Aspirateur, we strive to provide you with a simple and enjoyable online shopping experience. This Shipping Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of our products, including delivery times, shipping fees, delivery areas, and specific restrictions.

2. DELIVERY AREAS

We ship within Québec and across Canada, except for certain products that are available only for local delivery in the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu area or for in-store pickup (see section 3.4).

  • Québec: All of our products—except those restricted to local delivery—can be delivered within the province.

  • Other Canadian provinces: Most of our products can be delivered across Canada, subject to the same exceptions.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If your delivery address is considered undeliverable or excessively costly to ship to, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. In such a case, we will contact you to find a solution or issue a refund.

3. SHIPPING FEES AND SHIPPING METHODS

3.1 Standard shipping (Québec and Canada)

  • Free on all orders of $90 or more (before taxes).

  • $9.99 on all orders under $90 (before taxes).

3.2 Local delivery (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu area)

  • $3 for orders under $25.

  • Free for orders of $25 or more.

At checkout, make sure to select “Local delivery” if your address is within the eligible zone. We reserve the right to contact you if the address entered is not within the targeted area.

3.3 In-store pickup (free)

You can pick up your order free of charge at our store located at:

We will notify you by email or phone as soon as your order is ready. You can pick it up during our business hours.

3.4 Products available only for local delivery or pickup

Some products (due to their weight, size, or specific restrictions) cannot be shipped outside the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu area. They are therefore available only through:

  • Local delivery within the targeted area (same conditions as section 3.2); or

  • In-store pickup (section 3.3).

These products are clearly identified on their product page. If you add a restricted product to your cart, be sure to choose “Local delivery” or “In-store pickup” when placing your order. If you have any doubts or questions, contact us to discuss.

4. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and, if available, a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times

  • Québec and other Canadian provinces: Typically 2 to 7 business days after order processing.

  • Local delivery: Usually completed within 1 to 3 business days after processing, depending on our team’s availability.

These timelines are provided for information purposes only. Exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, peak periods, etc.) may delay delivery. In the event of an out-of-stock situation or a significant delay, we will contact you promptly.

5. ADDRESS ERRORS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Incorrect or incomplete address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you. Reshipping fees may apply.

Unclaimed or refused packages

If a package is returned because you did not claim it or you refused it without a valid reason (see our [Return and Refund Policy]), the original shipping fees and return shipping fees may not be refunded.

6. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT DURING SHIPPING

Shipping damage

Upon delivery, check the condition of the package. If you notice any damage or irregularity, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at 450-741-7776.

If you realize later that the product is damaged, contact us as soon as possible (see also our [Return and Refund Policy]).

Loss or theft

Monitor your package tracking. If you believe it has been lost or stolen, contact us. We will do our best to work with the carrier and find a solution (refund, replacement, investigation, etc.).

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time, without notice. Changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website. We encourage you to check this page regularly to review the most recent version of the Policy.
